Nice for families, quiet, right by beautiful beach. Had nice pool area. Was quite perfect for our vacation!!
I have two timeshares here and I absolutely love it! Need to get back down and unwind! Nice and secluded, not traffic busy and gorgeous old oaks all over the property! A beautiful clean pool area and a short walk out the back gate to the boardwalk to the beach! The accommodations are wonderful. It is like home away from home. Nice kitchens, baths, living areas, beautiful screened in porches. It is very picturesque. Serene and tranquil. A great property for a moonlight stroll.
Only poorly planned issue is the AC struggles to keep the upstairs cool. It should be zoned with dampers and ideally would be best served by two separate systems verses just the one!
Swapped into it. Dated but serviceable. We found it comfortable and clean. Felt safe in the gated community. I understand how some would not like it. We felt it was a good value consistent with our costs for staying. Kitchen has been updated. Hope to return in the future.
